INFORMATION
HBRACM Members are better informed and up-to-date on the things that matter to their business. Keeping on top of what’s going on in the industry is necessary in today’s environment. If you think dues are expensive (they’re not!), not being well informed is really expensive.
EDUCATION
We provide access to numerous educational programs whether it’s continuing education for your CSL, update seminars on building and energy codes or safety training, we’ve got you covered.

Who doesn’t like to save money? Members can take advantage of numerous discount opportunities whether it be for healthcare, dental, Verizon Wireless (up to 22%), GM or RAM trucks ($500 and up), just to name a few. Savings from just one of these programs often exceeds the annual dues amount!
ADVOCACY
No other organization actively supports and defends the building & remodeling industry when it comes to regulations and legislation. It is the support of the members that allows us to do this. Simply put, your membership helps us improve the industry from which you make a living. Your membership makes a difference!
3-IN-1 MEMBERSHIP
Members of the HBRACM are automatically members of the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Mass (HBRAMA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). All 3 of these associations are there for you!

How to Become a Member
STEP 1 - APPLICATION Complete the application for membership. Complete all applicable fields.
STEP 2 - PAYMENT Submit payment for your first years dues in the appropriate amount. (Use the membership classifications below to determine your yearly membership dues.)

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. The HBRACM office will contact you for your credit card information.
STEP 3 - REVIEW The HBRACM staff will review the application. You may be contacted to verify information or if additional information is required.
STEP 4 - VOTE and NOTIFICATION Once review is complete, the application will be put to a vote at the next available Board of Directors meeting. You will be notified of the result following the meeting of the Board of Directors.
The HBRACM is a Professional Trade Association and reserves the right to accept or reject membership based on its findings.
Membership Classifications
HBRACM has 3 membership classifications: Builder, Associate, and Affiliate Member. Use the descriptions below to determine your classification.
Builder, Remodeler and Associate Classifications - HBRACM Membership: $425 per year. Members that qualify under this category are full Local (HBRACM), State (HBRAMA), and National (NAHB) Builder Association Members and as such you may participate in any of the benefits and privileges of these three organizations, Those including: voting rights, product and service discounts programs, newsletters, periodicals, networking and educational opportunities. In addition, we offer a third party health benefits service, for which you may participate.
Affiliate Member - HBRACM Membership: $150 per year. To qualify as an Affiliate you must be a partner, employee or otherwise make a direct living from the Builder or Associate HBRACM/NAHB Member; sub-contractors may not qualify for this category. As an Affiliate you may enjoy all HBRACM benefits and limited NAHB benefits. (Affiliate Members are not members of the State Association (HBRAMA).
